We offer full training
All training is in line with the new care certificate .The training includes the following:
- Safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
- First aid.
- Managing of violence and aggression.
- Medication management.
- Mental Capacity Act.
- First aid.
- Fire safety.
- Infection control.
- Health and safety.
- Moving and handling.
Our Hiring Process
We have a very thorough recruitment process, which are mandatory information required from all workers, before working with us:
- Detailed CV with completed Registration Form.
- Full work history, with no Gaps in employment history and if there are gap reasons for gap; leaving past employers must be clarified & verified.
- Proof of Identity .
- Record of interview.
Proof of National Insurance Number or other proof of right to work. - At least two satisfactory, written, references and from the most recent employers. All references are verified in writing.
- DBS Disclosure.
- Health Declaration and Immunisation status, including Hepatitis B, Rubella, Tuberculosis and Varicella.
- Evidence of qualifications and experience.
